Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-scale, componentized applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on development experience in Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and other containerized platforms.
• Ability to interact effectively with development teams and communicate progress to leadership.
• Experience with modern Python development using Large Language Models, Model Context Protocol, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience in Financial Services domain is preferred.
