We are looking for a highly capable Senior Python Developer to step in and take full ownership of our AI initiatives. You will not just be writing code; you will be driving the architecture, making critical technical decisions, and leading the implementation of our AI capabilities from the ground up.

The Mission

You will be architecting autonomous agents designed to solve high-impact, real-world challenges across our logistics network. Expect to tackle complex, reasoning-driven problems involving dynamic logistical optimization, intelligent operational automation, and advanced customer-facing solutions.

The Role

This role focuses on building autonomous, reasoning-driven AI systems. We are not looking for someone to build simple API wrappers. You will take complete ownership of designing and deploying sophisticated agentic architectures that drive real value for the business.

• Communication:Excellent and fluent English speaking skills are absolutely essential. You must have the ability to clearly explain complex AI logic to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working Model:A minimum of 4 days a week on-site is required for deep collaboration, architectural whiteboarding, and strategic planning.
