Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Python Developer with hands-on AI experience to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

You will design, build, and integrate enterprise-grade Python applications, AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, REST APIs, microservices, and data pipelines. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software in dynamic environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with hands‑on AI experience to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Python.
• Build AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, RAG, or AI agents.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and data-processing pipelines.
• Integrate AI models into production-ready applications.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
• Ensure code quality through testing, automation, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

• 7–15 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, or RAG.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, MLOps, and model deployment.
• Experience in enterprise, regulated, or security-focused environments.
