Python Engineer | Mission-Led | Belfast (Hybrid)

Are you an engineer who thrives on tackling complex, real-world challenges?

We're collaborating with a purpose-driven company experiencing rapid expansion as they move from consultancy work toward building their in-house engineering capabilities. They're now looking to hire several Python Engineers to help define the next chapter of their platform's development.

The Role

As a Senior Developer, you'll collaborate on a critical domain within the platform, guiding both the technical architecture and execution. You'll be hands-on with the code while looking at wider markets. This is a chance to build meaningful systems from the ground up.

What You\'ll Need

• Proven experience developing in Python
• A strong grasp of software architecture and agile, iterative development
• Familiarity with TDD and automated testing is a plus
• AWS experience is advantageous: certifications are a bonus
• Exposure to modern DevOps practices: CI/CD, trunk-based development, feature flags
• A genuine passion for engineering, you care about clean code and improving your craft
