Job summary

You will work on critical solutions across multiple areas, building production Python systems and ML/NLP workloads, including LLM/SLM powered applications and RAG patterns. The role emphasizes secure coding and performance.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of experience building production Python systems, including web/API services and ML/NLP ecosystems.
• Experience taking ML models from prototype to production.
• Experience with LLM/SLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Uses AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and speed with peer review.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Develops visualizations and reporting from large datasets for continuous improvement.
