The role focuses on building Agentic AI solutions using Python, AWS, LangChain, and LangGraph within a finance-focused AI labs team. You will work with a manager and technical lead, delivering end-to-end projects and presenting solutions to clients.

The position is hybrid with 3 days in the office, 9am-5pm, and offers a 20% bonus and 10% pension. Salary range is £110k–£140k per year with potential growth as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Python Software Engineer/Programmer/Developer
• Advanced Python skills demonstrated in delivering projects from inception to production
• Excellent interpersonal and design/architecture abilities
