• Extensive backend experience with Python in production
• Clean, maintainable, scalable code with testability in mind
• Experience designing and supporting production APIs (FastAPI preferable)
• Cloud engineering experience on modern platforms
• Hands-on with LLMs and AI workflows
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• End-to-end ownership of software delivery lifecycle
• Security and monitoring considerations in production systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven backend services using Python
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions
• Build and maintain production-grade APIs and backend services
• Develop Agentic AI workflows to generate investment insights
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
