Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our leading law firm client for a Senior Pursuits & Proposals Specialist to join the Marketing & Business Development team. This will be a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with potential to go permanent and start ASAP.

This role is ideal for a BD Executive, Senior BD Executive, Pitch Executive, Proposal Specialist or BD Manager seeking to specialise in pursuits and proposals within a leading legal environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Business Development, Marketing, Pursuits or Proposals within a Law Firm.
• Immediate availability (contract ended/ending shortly or currently out of employment).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for business development, client growth and winning work.

• Coordinate pursuit workflows, timelines and stakeholders.

This will be on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months whilst they recruit for this position on a permanent basis, they are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

This role will have the potential to go permanent! This is also ideal for a BD Executive, Senior BD Executive, Pitch Executive, Proposal Specialist or BD Manager looking to specialise in pursuits and proposals within a leading legal environment.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Proposals Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic pitches, proposals and panel reviews, helping the firm win new business and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
