Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Project Purchasing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for a key driver of procurement success within Aftermarket Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects, taking full ownership of purchasing execution and supply chain performance from project initiation through final delivery. This role is accountable for meeting critical KPIs—including on-time delivery, contract acceptance, and supplier performance—and serves as a strategic partner to project management, engineering, and supplier teams. In this position, you will report to Senior Manager, Project Purchasing.
This position is mainly located in York or Pittsburgh, PA, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

The Senior Specialist ensures that all contractual purchasing obligations are fulfilled with precision, transparency, and proactive risk mitigation. This role demands a strong sense of ownership, leadership in cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven mindset to support overall project success.
We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as project managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Our team culture is all about efficiency, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. The members in our team are located in Brazil, Chile, Australia, Finland, and the USA.
