A leading academic publisher is looking for a Senior Publisher for Transfer Networks. This role focuses on enhancing content retention strategies and improving workflows. Key responsibilities include managing data analysis and internal communications, as well as representing the company in industry groups. Ideal candidates have publishing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The position supports a hybrid work model with a balance of office and remote work.
NB This is a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 6 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us on a fixed term contract as Senior Publisher for Transfer Networks. This role is to drive retention of quality content across the OUP portfolio. You will develop and lead new strategies, processes, and opportunities for content retention. You will manage and continually improve the data and reporting of content retention and effectively communicate OUP’s approach internally and to external stakeholders as appropriate.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
