Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong training and experience in Compassion Focused Therapy.
• Qualification and/or demonstrable experience in delivering psychodynamic psychotherapy.
• Ability to develop both established psychodynamic work and compassion-focused interventions within the service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver both individual and group psychotherapy within the Specialist Psychotherapy Service.
• Contribute to supervision, reflective practice, consultation, and staff training across the Trust.
• Support service development initiatives to improve accessibility and quality for the Birmingham population.
