Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Senior Psychotherapist/Group Analyst to join the Northeast Adult Mental Health Team within the North and West Oxfordshire Locality. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual and group psychological therapies and help shape service development.

Responsibilities

• See patients individually and in groups, providing formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems.
• Assess, treat and discharge patients as per standard care plans.
• Evaluate treatment options considering theoretical and therapeutic models and complex factors.
• Co-facilitate MBT groups as part of MBT programme from Headington base in Oxford city.
• Provide specialist psychological advice and consultations to the wider Adult Mental Health Team.
• Receive and provide clinical supervision for themselves and other staff.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of team practices to ensure high quality, accessible services.
