Main duties of the job

As a Senior PWP, you'll:

  • Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based low-intensity CBT interventions to patients referred by local GP practices.

  • Support the Team Lead with clinical supervision and line management responsibilities where needed.
  • Champion high standards of clinical record keeping in line with service policy.
  • Ensure service user needs and recovery goals remain at the heart of everything we do.
  • Actively support service development, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead by example - be a positive role model and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
