Job summary

Arriva is looking for an experienced PSV Master Technician to join its Barking depot on a full-time basis. The role involves diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues across various bus systems while providing expertise on electric and hybrid diagnostics.

Key responsibilities include advanced fault finding, mentoring apprentices, and communicating technical issues effectively. The position offers ongoing training, a strong support network, and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of diagnostic equipment and electrical components.
• Experience with diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite and Volvo Tech Tool.
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for advanced fault finding and repairs.
• Carry out diagnostic testing on a wide range of company vehicles.
• Provide technical advice and support to the Engineering Manager.
