THE ROLE

This is a newly created role within the Supporter Experience & Data & Insight team. The role has two main responsibilities:

1. Supporting High-Value fundraising strategies through prospect research and insight.
2. Supporting the implementation and management of the fundraising operations model.

The role reports to the Fundraising Operations Development Manager.

YOU

To be considered for the Senior Prospect Research & Fundraising Executive role, you must have:

• Knowledge of prospect research strategies, tools, techniques, and their role in fundraising.
• Experience in identifying and qualifying potential high-value funding prospects, including major donors, corporate partners, trusts, and foundations.
• Experience in providing in-depth prospect research, including profiles and due diligence.
• Experience working in fundraising operations or related fields (supporter care, data, insight, or prospect research).
• Proficiency with relationship management databases and understanding data management best practices.
• Desirable: experience with CRMs or data analysis tools to generate reports, support prospecting, and monitor KPIs.
