What you’ll do
The Youth segment is the biggest growth area in mobile telecoms and the future of the industry with young people the heaviest users of smartphones and mobile data services. The Youth team at Vodafone UK has full ownership of the Youth segment and VOXI brand, focusing on expanding Vodafone's market share by growing the VOXI brand and launching innovative, digital-first propositions.
As the Senior Propositions Manager for VOXI you will oversee segment strategy and P&L performance, including developing and implementing the product and proposition roadmap. This role involves defining customer and market insights, designing, developing and launching propositions, initiatives and campaigns, managing performance, providing a best-in-class digital experience, and optimising customer journeys. You will also be responsible for VOXI NPS, brand awareness, and consideration.
In this role, you will lead and direct a team of product managers, and a wider matrix team including Brand, Trading & Digital, to deliver the overall strategy for the brand. Adopting the principles of Agile delivery, you’ll be expected to role model and inspire the team to drive digital innovation right at the heart of the strategy.
