A Snapshot of Your Day

As Proposal specialist you will complete several processes and activities in Technical and commercial aspects during bid preparation process with respect to an effective administration of proposal (including Bid Management) for an assigned project or customer target group.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build high-quality proposals for EPCs and end customers in Protection and Control systems for HV and MV substations, covering hardware and software scopes.
• Analyze customer technical specifications to align product offerings with their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with local and overseas technical specialists to ensure proposal accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and write original proposal responses and sales-related documents, focusing on customer business goals and challenges.
• Lead cost calculations, risk assessments, and presentations for management approval in the bidding process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Transmission Utility market, including customer requirements, opportunities, and competition.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Extensive experience in substation control and protection systems for energy transmission and distribution.
• Validated discernment in balancing customer and business requirements, including financial and strategic considerations.
• Experience in bid preparation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven understanding of power distribution/transmission markets, focusing on protection and control, HMI solutions, SCADA, and cybersecurity.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to travel up to 20% locally and internationally.
