Job summary

Alimentiv in London seeks a Senior Proposal Specialist to assist the BD team with proposal responses, budgets, and SOW development for complex opportunities.

You will work with clinical experts to create customized responses, manage costing in Alimentiv tools, and prepare for sponsor calls and meetings. Strong Excel and English skills are essential, with experience in CRO budgeting preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience (4–6 years preferred)
• Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Experience with budget development within CRO/clinical trials desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal and SOW development for high-priority opportunities
• Generate initial costing assumptions and populate CRO costings
• Support BD team in internal/external meetings and client communications
• Maintain proposal tools and templates
• Assist with RFIs and amendments to ensure sponsor expectations are met
• Attend conferences to provide booth/meeting support
