Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is hiring an Estate Agent Property Valuer / Property Lister. You will expand listings across the region, win instructions from competitors and drive market share growth. A strong local market knowledge and a full driving license are essential.

The role offers a £23,000 basic salary with company car or car allowance, guaranteed commission and £40,000+ uncapped on-target earnings. 33 days holiday, private healthcare, pension and other benefits accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estate Agent Valuer or Senior Negotiator.
• Proven ability to win instructions from competitors.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions.
• Full driving licence required.
• Goal oriented with drive and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• List a targeted number of properties and advise vendors to achieve best price.
• Help customers obtain the best price for their properties.
• Identify new leads and generate additional business growth.
• Work closely with the team, downloading new properties and agreeing a strategy to match buyers.
• Assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations of the estate agency.
• Motivate and lead the team during morning meetings when the Branch Manager is absent.
