Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Estate Agent Floating Sales Manager / Lister to lead valuation-driven sales. You will value properties, advise clients, and work with a team to match listings with buyers, while building relationships with solicitors and lenders.

The Package: basic salary to £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car, with on target earnings of £40,000–£45,000 and annual leave starting at 33 days; five days a week, some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Estate agency experience is essential.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to convert valuations into sales.
• Driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads generation and team motivation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and provide advice to customers.
• Value properties and showcase them to achieve best price.
• Collaborate with the team to match properties with buyers.
• Build relationships with solicitors and lenders.
• Identify new leads and generate business.
• Assist the Branch Manager in motivating and managing the team.
