Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment seeks a Senior Property Solicitor/Partner for a full-service firm close to Dorking. The candidate must have 8–10 years + PQE in residential conveyancing and possess excellent client care and IT literacy.

Hybrid work may be available after probation, with support staff provided to manage workload. The role covers HNW sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and both freehold/leasehold matters, including auctions, lease extensions and new build projects.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing expertise (8–10 years PQE) in Solicitor/Conveyancer/Legal Executive roles.
• Strong client care and communications skills.
• IT literate with ability to work under own initiative with supervision.

Responsibilities

• HNW sales and purchases including high-value matters.
