Eventus Legal in Dorking, Surrey is seeking a Property Solicitor with 8+ years PQE to join a busy law firm. The role covers commercial and residential conveyancing with a hybrid working pattern (one day from home per week). Salary is £55,000 to £70,000 plus a bonus up to 25%.

The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload, deliver commercially focused advice, and thrive in a collaborative, client‑focused practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer
• 8+ years PQE
• Experience handling commercial and residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing practice
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Independent worker with collaborative team mindset

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Provide clear, practical, commercially minded advice to clients during property transactions
• Maintain high standards of client care and file management
• Collaborate with colleagues across the property team and wider firm
