Choice is seeking to recruit two Senior Property Services Officers to act as lead technical advisers on property matters to a defined area housing management team, managing complex repairs and maintenance issues, overseeing compliance, and supporting the Area Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance service.

Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a construction/building management related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a technical background in the building/property management sector
OR
HND level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a construction/building management related discipline and 5 years’ experience in a technical background in the building/property management sector
OR
7 years’ experience in a technical background in the building/property management sector
AND (applicable to all)
