Job Description:

We are hiring for a Senior Property Sales Executive role with hybrid working from One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne, combining home and site-based work across our property portfolio. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) offering £40,500 per annum plus benefits including a Health Cash Plan.

About the role:

  • Lead and support a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, providing coaching and managing complex cases.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process ensuring smooth, compliant transactions that support customer ownership goals.
  • Create and review sales materials, digital content, and campaigns to ensure accuracy and engagement.
  • Maintain trackers, forecasts, and performance data to monitor progress and identify risks.
  • Promote digital tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for efficiency and service quality.
  • Represent the team at events and meetings, showcasing our work and community impact.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in tenant and property sales, including staircasing, resales, and retirement sales, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Proven ability to manage sales campaigns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, regulations, and affordable housing rules.
  • Strong reporting, data management, and CRM skills, with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Leadership skills with experience in motivating and coaching teams.
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and sales activity planning skills.
