Full Time – Senior Property Manager – Melton

A fantastic opportunity exists to join a large established, modern & friendly team of professionals in Melbourne’s West! You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience, progress your career and join this premium brand.

In this position, you will oversee a well-maintained and manageable portfolio in the western Suburbs, with full administrative support. You will work independently within a family-friendly office, where the environment is collaborative and everyone works together as a team.

The Role:

  • $70,000 – $80,000 + Super + KPI Bonus
  • Monday – Friday
  • No trust accounting
  • VA to assist with all admin tasks

About You:

  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • Minimum 3+ years of Property Management experience
  • Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable Presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong Communication skills
