Job summary

Candidates will develop and publish metrics, oversee consultants, and work autonomously while aligning with NHS priorities and governance. MRICS qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and portfolio oversight in healthcare or public sector settings.
• Strong planning and design skills for service optimisation and space utilisation.
• Proven ability to negotiate leases, licences and contract terms with landlords, tenants and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage property and legal consultants to deliver an efficient property management service.
• Negotiate all leases and licences entered into by the Trust, ensuring obligations are met and breaches addressed.
• Line manage one Property Manager where appropriate and publish property performance metrics for space utilisation and value delivery.
