Currently working with a boutique managing agent that requires a new block manager to oversee 15 developments.

This role will evolve into an operations management position.

Main duties:

1. Liaising with Developers, Leaseholders, Freeholders, and the Board of Directors while managing expectations of all aspects of block management.
2. Handling day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Overseeing maintenance and repair works.
4. Preparing budgets and managing financial reports.
5. Conducting regular site visits and inspections.
