Job description

We are expanding and excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This full-time, permanent role is based in Leeds, Dock Street. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus. The role involves:

  1. Supporting Property Managers.
  2. Arranging training for new and existing staff to ensure all PMs achieve the required Green level of competency.
  3. Keep PMs updated on the latest Fire & Safety legislation.
  4. Holding regular meetings with Branch Managers and Property Managers.
  5. Monitoring Branch Organiser to ensure all tasks are covered and errors are addressed.
  6. Managing workload or portfolio assignments depending on branch needs.
  7. Balancing Property Manager coverage based on workloads.
  8. Handling inventories, checkouts, and inspections.
  9. Conducting quarterly reviews for PMs with Branch Managers.
  10. Reviewing and resolving complaints before escalation.

We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, with experience in a customer service environment reacting to client needs.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • IT literacy.
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is required.
