Due to continue expansion, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds, Dock Street. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus annual bonus. Let's talk about the role. It involves;

  • Support for Property Managers.
  • Arranging Training of new staff and current staff to ensure all PM's achieve the Green level of competency required.
  • Regular meetings with Branch Managers and Property Managers
  • Monitor Branch Organiser to ensure everything is covered and no errors are pending.
  • Balancing PM cover depending on workloads within their defined area.
  • Complaint reviews and resolution prior to escalating.

  • Self-motivated, well organised and you will have experience of working within a customer service environment where you are reactive to customer's needs
  • Great administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • IT Literacy
  • Problem solving skills
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is required for this role.
