Senior Property Manager (10 years experience)

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Salary: basic GBP40k-GBP50k depending on experience + commission (OTE GBP50,000) + benefits

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager specialising in residential sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing all aspects of sales from listing to completion. 'Property Manager' Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all sales processes are handled efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies to attract potential buyers.
  4. Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and other marketing activities.
  5. Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

'Property Manager' Key Skills and Qualifications
