A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Property Loss Adjuster for a national commercial insurance client. The role involves investigating a wide range of property insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high standards of client communication in a dynamic environment.

Due to extensive and sustainable growth and expansion they are looking to expand the team.
The client is looking for experienced motivated insurance loss adjuster and the ideal candidate will be from a property insurance (Domestic and Commercial) claims background.
Role outline:
As a Senior property loss adjuster you’ll investigate a range of claims of varying complexity and value; and you’ll enjoy working to a broad and busy caseload
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Investigating property insurance claims
· Process claims thoroughly liaising with all relevant parties involved
· Attend site visits establishing liability, gathering evidence, negotiating settlements.
· Full completion of all prepared site notes and associated documentation
· Ensure that the data contained in caseloads are accurate at all times.
· Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate within set Service Level agreements (SLA’s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Field loss adjusting and investigating property insurance claims
• Field adjusting for property claims (HNW)
• Full completion of site notes templates and associated documentation
• Insurance claims handling experience (especially complex loss)
• Ensure caseloads are accurate at all times.
• Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate.
• Work to ensure correct policy interpretation and validation.
• Prepare, check and approve where appropriate, reports for clients
• Take responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaints.
• Build good working relationships with clients and staff, internal and external to the business
Essential requirements
• Minimum of 4 years Property Insurance experience
• CII or ACILA or FCILA qualifications (or working towards).
• Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast paced loss adjusting and insurance claims environment
• Excellent time management to be able to work to short/changing deadlines.
• Being prepared to work regionally in London (M25) with overnight stays.
• Great Client/ customer relationship ethos – exceeding customers’ expectations.
• Able to work independently and manage own diary
• Driving license and own vehicle
