Qualifications

• Ideally 6–8 years' PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong technical expertise in contentious commercial and residential property matters.
• Proven ability to manage files independently and take ownership of matters.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to business development.
• A collaborative and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of contentious property matters from inception to resolution.
• Advising clients on commercial and residential property disputes.
• Handling pre-action through to trial, including negotiations and mediations.
• Representing clients at hearings and trials when required.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues.
