A highly regarded and long-established law firm with a strong footprint in Hertfordshire is seeking a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor with 5-10 years’ PQE to join their growing and award-winning property litigation department. The Senior Property Litigation Solicitor’s Role

The Senior Property Litigation Solicitor will support lenders with the recovery of loan portfolios, managing cases from initial default through to realisation. The caseload will be high-volume and varied, including County Court and High Court litigation. The role will also involve professional negligence claims against solicitors, valuers or title insurers, along with indemnity claims against the Land Registry. Strong experience in mortgage possession work is essential, with the ability to confidently handle complex matters from instruction to resolution.
