Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge with a forward-thinking law firm?

The Role

As a senior member of the team, you will:

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and restrictive covenants.
• Deliver clear, strategic legal advice tailored to clients' needs.
• Contribute to business development and help grow the firm's presence in property litigation.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors, fostering a culture of professional development.

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years' PQE in property litigation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on high-value cases.
