This is a standout opportunity for a Property Solicitor with experience in both Residential & Commercial matters to join an award-winning, Legal 500 Firm. You will work on a varied caseload alongside highly-experienced Partners & given the exposure needed to progress through the ranks.

You will be a Conveyancing Associate with 4+ PQE, looking to make a long-term career move, with excellent benefits.

The Role
Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer 4+ PQE to join their flourishing London, City outfit.

Residential & Commercial Property/Conveyancing has become one of the most prominent departments at this firm and caters to new and established clients of the firm.

This firm is established in all departments; however, the Property departments are unquestionably exciting at this moment. The practice is growing and uses the most modern case management software/systems as the firm is always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to matters.

The Residential & Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work , including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, secured lending, landlord and tenant, property funding, lease extensions and more.

The firm has ambitious growth planned over the next 24 months, making now an exciting time to join the practice.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential & Commercial Property Conveyancing solicitor with 4+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport
