Senior Property Investment Sales Consultant - Manchester

Hybrid Working

Compensation: Up to 20% company revenue commission:

• 10% commissions - up to half your target
• 15% commissions - from half to your target
• 20% commissions - anything above target

As a Senior Property Investment Consultant, you will:

1. Qualify new clients, manage existing clients, understand their criteria, and match their needs with our listed properties to generate sales.
2. Work with property investors, understand their investment trends, and identify high-yield properties within our portfolio.
3. Qualify warm leads.
4. Learn and understand each development.
5. Negotiate sales of residential property.
6. Negotiate the sale of properties for investment purposes.
7. Conduct viewings of residential properties for prospective buyers.
8. Convert viewings into offers.
9. Conduct over-the-phone sales for international buyers.
10. Meet agreed performance and sales targets.
11. Collaborate with the UK's leading property developers.

What you'll Bring:

• Experience in the Property Sales Sector, ideally in Off-Plan Investment Sales.
• Other relevant experience considered.

Salary & Commission: £30,000+ base + Commission (£80,000+ first-year OTE)
