HF LIMITED t/a HF in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified lawyer to manage a caseload of predominantly multi-track property damage claims, mainly on the claimant side, with some defendant work. You will handle coverage disputes and provide clear, commercially-focused advice to clients while developing strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

The role includes supervising junior team members and contributing to cross-departmental projects, training, and business development

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE and strong experience in insurance and property damage.
• Strong academic background.
• Hardworking, proactive, and highly organised.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to continue developing technical knowledge and expertise.
• Critical thinking skills and the confidence to challenge information appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a caseload of predominantly multi-track property damage claims (mainly claimant, with some defendant work).

• Meeting financial and performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Ensuring full compliance with SRA rules, data protection and all internal policies
