What You’ll Receive:
Starting salary of £37,580
37 hours per week in a hybrid/agile working environment

Your Responsibilities:
Log, action, and record property compliance data to meet statutory and regulatory health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with contractors to maintain excellent customer service standards and monitor their duties.
Oversee compliance performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Work closely with Housing Services and Development teams to ensure standards are met (e.g., legionella, cleaning, asbestos).

Experience at a senior level, leading and managing teams.
Knowledge of relevant compliance and health and safety legislation.
Strong analytical abilities in data analysis.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated.
