Job Description

It is a high-profile role impacting both internal teams and a prestigious client list across various sectors, including Automotive, Food & Beverage, Tech, and Engineering, with clients paying premiums in the 8-figure range.

The Technical Team comprises some of the most talented claims professionals in the market, many transitioning from insurer or loss adjusting backgrounds into broking roles.

The team handles referrals from Claims Advisors and Claims Executives across the branch network, requiring specialist Property knowledge to manage complex losses, insurer declinatures, challenge wordings, adjustments, and quantum queries.

Responsibilities include attending client visits occasionally, mentoring less-experienced colleagues, and managing technical referrals as a senior team member.

Given the unique nature of each loss, the approach varies; you may be involved from the initial notification or only when difficulties arise. Your role is to provide expert guidance and technical analysis to secure optimal settlement terms for clients.

Extensive experience with large, complex, and contagious Property losses is essential. You should be a problem-solver, solutions-focused, and capable of interpreting and challenging policy wordings to achieve positive outcomes. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), and the ability to produce reports and documentation are required.
