Your new role
You will join as a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Assessor, joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team of property assessors and energy assessors. You will lead a team of surveyors responsible for conducting surveys to assess the condition of homes. These surveys are critical, as they enable accurate planning for future investment programmes, including energy efficiency improvements.
Your varied role will involve ensuring properties and surveys are compliant by reviewing and approving assessment reports prepared by your team members. You will lead a team of assessors, providing training and development opportunities for the team while ensuring that survey and assessment outcomes are communicated to internal stakeholders.
