As a Senior New Business Underwriter, you will manage our existing portfolio and play a pivotal role in attracting new customers. This market-facing position requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for doing what's right for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding service experiences to our customers and stakeholders with timely and high-quality solutions.

Team Collaboration: Take ownership of your workload while supporting your colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Underwriting Excellence: Drive and deliver strong underwriting results across our portfolio.

Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

Experience: Proven expertise in Property and Casualty Underwriting.
