Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Property Analyst to join our team in Birmingham, supporting the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of commercial property, Service Charge administration, and client reporting, who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Working closely with Surveyors and Regional Facilities Managers, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis, maintaining property data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients.

You’ll be part of a small but pivotal Property Analyst team that supports the wider Property Management function, based in the heart of Birmingham’s business district. We work closely with Surveyors, Regional Facilities Managers (RFMs), and the Accounts team, acting as the central link that connects operational, financial, and strategic property management activities.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship (check exemptions).
