We are currently seeking a senior projects lawyer with at least 5 PQE+ to join our Construction and Projects Team.

The Candidate Required
The successful applicant will have solid experience in construction and projects, including high-risk buildings and building safety, with a focus on real estate development and finance-related transactions. Flexibility to work across construction and projects is advantageous.

The candidate will:

• Have experience in a large commercial firm or in-house legal team;
• Be a team player, able to build strong relationships in an agile environment;
• Be technically proficient with good commercial judgment;
• Have experience supervising junior lawyers;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for a client-facing role.

The role involves:

• Developing ongoing client relationships and pitching new opportunities;
• Collaborating with an international team;
• Working with the Real Estate and Finance teams within the firm;
• Engaging in high-profile national and international projects across infrastructure, energy, real estate, and financial sectors.
