We are currently looking to recruit a senior projects lawyer with at least 5 PQE+ to join our Construction and Projects Team.

The Candidate Required

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and projects, including advising on high-risk buildings and building safety. Experience in real estate development and finance transactional work is preferred, with flexibility to work across construction and projects sectors.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in a large commercial firm or in-house legal team;
• Be a team player, capable of building strong relationships in an agile environment;
• Be technically proficient with good commercial judgment;
• Have experience supervising junior lawyers;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.

• Building and maintaining client relationships and pitching for new opportunities;
• Collaborating with an international team;
• Working with the Real Estate and Finance teams;
