Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in delivering a business-wide transformation programme. In this position, you'll work closely with senior department directors and transformation leaders, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. What You'll Do:

As part of a newly integrated Operations organization, reporting into the head of the Transformation and Programs department, you will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of transformation projects.
• Lead organization-critical transformation projects as a senior project manager deploying the necessary project management methodology and expertise to successful execution
• Collaborate with the other project leads on delivering transformation workstreams in the organization
• Lead execution of project governance, manage dependencies and identify and manage the critical risks and issues on the initiatives
• Consolidate and present data to our senior leadership team and progress in executive leadership governance forums
• Manage and build relationships with key functional stakeholders across the Eutelsat business units.

What You'll Need:
• At least 10+ years' experience in leading successful relevant transformation projects or management initiatives on integrations and transitions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and project management toolsets
• Strong presentation skills to senior leadership levels, with the ability to present complex datasets and project statuses in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent attention to detail, willingness to 'roll your sleeves up', and adapt per situation
• Experience in Space Tech/ Satellite Telecom/ Telecommunication infrastructure essential
• Educational background: Engineering/Technology/Business management preferred
• Professional qualification: PMP/ MSP/ Prince2/ Agile PM/ Lean Six Sigma desired

Where You'll Work:

West London, UK. With 3 days per week in the office. Some travel around Europe is expected.
