Senior Project/Quantity Surveyor – WDI (Healthcare Sector Team)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor to join our Willmott Dixon Interiors division on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will be working within our highly regarded healthcare sector team, which is looking to expand and grow its presence in the marketplace. There is significant scope for ongoing development and progression!

We prefer candidates based in a location that allows flexibility to work in Coventry and be accessible to London for future projects. The primary focus is for someone commutable to Coventry.

  • Lead commercial efforts across the full project lifecycle

  • Experience with two-stage procurement and framework projects
  • NEC contract experience is essential
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Key Skills
  • Proven experience at Senior Project Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor level
  • Experience in Healthcare / NHS / Clinical Health sectors (preferred)
  • Strong experience with CVC cost reporting, ensuring accurate reflection of site position and forecasts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Bluebeam (measurement software)
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting junior team members
