The Boeing Company’s Learning and Development (L&D) organisation is currently seeking a Senior Project Specialist to join the Organisational Development team. This role will be responsible for consulting across multiple organisations or with large-scale leadership teams to provide expertise in the following areas: change management/adoption, org design/effectiveness, strategy alignment, and teaming and collaboration. The Project Specialist will play a key role in driving impactful interventions that improve organisational performance and align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to Executive and Organisational Development Senior Director in designing and developing Organisational Development engagements; provide insights and recommendations based on best practices and expertise

  • Create visual representations of concepts, processes, and initiatives to enhance understanding andcommunication

  • Present data insights and recommend interventions to leadership for approval

  • Design and execute initiatives that address organisational needs, focusing on the four pillars of organisational development; change management/adoption, org design/effectiveness, strategy alignment, and teaming and collaboration

  • Conduct comprehensive organisational analyses with leaders to identify challenges and opportunities within various business environments

  • Develop and apply assessment tools, observation/interview techniques, and surveys to evaluate individual styles, team dynamics, and overall organizational performance

  • Lead efforts to modify and improve current organisational development processes, tools, and techniques to enhance service delivery

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in organisational design, learning and development, or related roles

  • 5+ years of experience in change management

  • 5+ years of facilitation experience

  • 5+ years of experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Development, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Experience in leading large-scale organisational interventions

  • Expertise in developing and implementing organizational development tools, processes, and metrics

  • Experience consulting with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes
