Job summary

Arup seeks experienced project planners to support advisory services within the North Group across Water, Rail, Highways & Nuclear sectors. You will anchor scheduling, reporting, and change control for diverse projects and liaise with multidisciplinary teams to deliver objectives.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus a solid understanding of NEC4/JCT/RIBA contract frameworks and earned value techniques, is essential. This role is based in Leeds with broader UK opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field with PM emphasis.
• Accreditation in project management is desirable.
• Strong scheduling and reporting capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed project planning and controls across multiple projects.
• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules in Primavera MS Project.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and client teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish Change Control processes and prepare progress dashboards.
• Conduct Earned Value analysis and performance reporting.
• Integrate schedules with risk registers and contract requirements (NEC4/JCT/RIBA).
