Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Quality including governance, assurance, compliance, improvement, leadership.
Experience in high-assurance sectors (Nuclear, Rail, Energy, Healthcare).
Excellent understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.
Responsibilities
Implement and champion the Quality Management System.
Act as the key Quality contact for stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse Non‑Conformances, driving corrective actions.
Lead/support the Quality Incident Event Process for Category 1 NCRs.
Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven team leadership and prioritisation capability
Ability to work under pressure in complex project environments
Digital construction and assurance system experience
Education
ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor certification
Chartered status with CQI or equivalent (or working towards)
