The University of Southampton is seeking an experienced Senior Project & Programme Administrator to join the Strategy Delivery & Transformation Department to support Education in Focus Programme delivery. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Change Managers and sponsors to plan and deliver projects, coordinating boards, overseeing communications and maintaining key documentation.

You will be precise, deadline-driven and follow policies, with strong IT skills and the ability to work

Formación

• A professional qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• Able to work to deadlines and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Strong IT skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and service key programme boards and meetings.
• Support planning and delivery of projects using the University’s best-practice project framework.
• Maintain project timelines and risk logs and manage project communications.
